With reference to the change in China’s Yangtze River Protection Law, please find below our
guideline for the DG cargo. This guideline applies to cargoes that are handled (i.e., loaded,
discharged, or transhipped) in Waigaoqiao Terminal as well as cargoes that are passing through the
Waigaoqiao Terminal without handling.
For all DG that will be transited (passed through):
oFull (“100%”) ingredient list(*) and CAS No.(**) on MSDS are required.
For Class 2.3 and 6.1 that will be handled (Loading/Discharging/Transshiped):
oFull (“100%”) ingredient list(*) and CAS No.(**) on MSDS are required.
For DG other than Class 2.3 and 6.1 that will be handled (Loading/Discharging/Transshiped):
oMSDS is required.
The ratio for each material is required if there are several materials for which the total ratio
should equate to 100%.
CAS No. for all materials is required.
If the cargo does not comply with the regulation, this may heavily affect the vessel schedule.
ONE will continuously monitor the local situation in Waigaoqiao and keep you informed in case of
any new changes to the regulation.
